Copy 9/13/2020 After just purchasing tickets for the fair I looked up to see this image in front of me. I was drawn to the repetitive curved forms found in the subject’s stance and the curved form of the banana. The obvious visual statement was secondary. I tend to see repetitive form in images found in daily life. The juxtaposition of repeating form helps bring visual balance while drawing the viewer into the visual dance that it creates.
